Changeover day:
From Saturday 3.30pm
Saturday leaving 10.30am (or to be arranged). Please remember that this is the day to clean and changeover. If however, the
property is booked for the two weeks the maid will be present on the Saturday at your request.
Accommodation:

(Sleeps 4 to 8 and a baby) 150m² | The largest
bedroom (26 square meters) has a continental double bed (2.0 meter x 2.0 meter) with reclining headrest and footrest,
wardrobe, writing table, swing armchair, 2 bedside reading lamps, clock radio and a sideboard and mirror.
The large bedroom
(16 square meters) has a double bed (2.0meter x 1.4meter) British style, wardrobe, 2 armchairs, small coffee table, a
writing table, 2 bedside tables 2 reading lamps, clock radio, 1 vanity sink and mirror.
The long room (11 square meters) contains
a double bed (2.0meter x 1.4m), wardrobe, swing armchair and reading lamp.
The bathroom has bath with shower, WC and
sink. Fully tiled. The mirror has 2 spot lights and a underneath the sink a cupboard with drawers.
The Kitchen has fully
fitted oak cupboards, dishwasher, built-in oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, bread cutter, light above the
sink, fridge, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes for 8 people, mugs and that all important corkscrew!
Notes
on Accommodation:
The heating is electric storage and is set before your stay in cold months, it is not
normally needed in the summer months, but is always available. The wood-burner is also to be used for the romantic evening
when it’s not that warm outside! The water is heated by the electric boiler. in the laundry room is a washing
machine, tumbler, iron and ironing board, a second WC and sink. For guests with small children there is a cot and highchair
on request.
Arrival & Departure times:
the arrival time should be after 3pm,
any other times must be agreed with the owner. the owner must know well in advance when you will arrive and depart. Further
instructions will be discussed after booking or reservation.
Pets are not allowed!
No smoking inside the property!

Currency Conversion
Notes on Prices:
Prices are for the property per night in British
Pounds Sterling. Starting at £65 per night (high season) for a minimum of 2 people, an
aditional charge of £15 per person per night (i.e.: 3 people= £80, 4 people= £95
per night, 5 people= £110 per night etc...).
Infants under the age of four years go free.
Booking Conditions:
To reserve or to secure booking dates, a deposit of 20% of the total
amount payable can be payed via PayPal on our Website by accessing the Availability calendar (note: any payments
with PayPal will in-cure a charge of 5% from total paid). The Total balance must be paid 8 weeks prior occupation.
Further payment method's and special offers can be discussed with the Owner. The Owner has the right to change or amend
charges at any time. Bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation Charges:
8 weeks prior occupation - no cancellation charge.
6 weeks prior occupation - 80% rate refund.
4
weeks prior occupation - 50% rate refund.
2 weeks prior occupation - 25% rate refund.

than 2 weeks prior occupation - no refund.
Customer Agreement:
Once the Customer
has confirmed a booking or reservation he or she agrees to our terms and conditions outlined on this website. The Customer
agrees to pay for any damage that he or she has made to the property and/or its contents. Any damage to the property
and/or its contents must be reported asap. Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate cancellation
of the agreement and instant dismissal from the property with no refund given. In serious cases further action may be
taken.
